Very good antique condition. The crown logo on the back, combined with "Imperial Austria" indicates that this plate was produced by Imperial Crown China Austria. This specific mark belonged to Bawo & Dotter, an upscale decoration firm and importer headquartered in New York. Their decoration facility was in Fischern, which at that time was in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. These were produced between 1883 and 1914.
No cracks, no chips, no crazing, no fading. There are some marks associated with use that confirms its over 100 year age.
