The years I have (I have others, earlier and later years as well, so ask me) here are from:
1990's - Rabbi Gad Navon (Used Leningrad Codex for the Masoretic text)
2004 + 2002 - Rabbi Israel Weiss
2013 and on - Rabbi's Rafi Peretz, Avichai Rontzki, and Rav Eyal Karim
The Bible contains all 24 books of the Hebrew Masoretic Bible.
