Selling Mom’s collection of Hawthorne Village Christmas houses. She collected them, but never displayed. Comes in the Styrofoam packaging. There is not an original cardboard box, but will ship in an appropriate size cardboard box. These are from a smoke and pet free home and are BRAND NEW. This piece is battery operated (batteries not included). The item that you see in the photo is the one that you will receive. If there’s any paperwork, it will be photographed and included.
