This classic pair of collegiate bookends features the Harvard Medical School emblem / insignia crest engraved into wood forms (I am guessing via laser) and will make a great addition to your collection. Each bookend does have wear including scratches, abrasions, dents, dings, discoloring, stains, and overall wear from handling so PLEASE read complete details below and review photos closely for condition. • Approximate weight is 1 lb 2 ozs total
• Each bookend measures approximately 3.25\" x 4.75\" x 6.5\"H overall. The wooden portion of each measures approximately 1\" x 3.5\" x 6.5\"
• Condition: In pre-owned used AS-IS condition with wear/damage including scratches, scuffing, abrasions,dents,dings, dirt, dust, grime, fingerprints, stains, patina, tarnish, uneven wood surface finish, chips, rough edges, discoloring, yellowing, unevenly engraved logo details, natural variations in the grain of the wood, stains/patina/tarnish/rust on the metal bases/stands, each bookend does not sit at a 90 degree angle due to the weight of books having bent the metal stands a bit, uneven surface finish/edges/details/shape/engraving due to being handmade and overall wear from handling and storage. Per the wear/damage to the finish—I am guessing that someone with a bit of experience could remedy the worn areas with wood oil/stain/etc but I cannot guarantee. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE OK WITH THE CONDITION BEFORE PURCHASING. Please see photos for details.
