ThisHarmony Kingdombox figurinenamed "Shoe Bill"was carved by Peter Calvesbert in 1995. It was hand painted/finished bylocal craftsmen in the Cotswoldarea of England.
Harmony Kingdom description:
"This box figurine is one of the “Elusive Few.” Originally released in the U.K., they were removed from circulation in January 1996. In April 1997, HBC offered a limited release of 300 pieces. Hidden in the reeds are “Shoebill” and “P Calvesbert.” The signature mouse appears inside the shoe. There are no inner carvings or hallmarks, except for the interior HBC logo."
