Happy Homes Title Page Signed John Douglas Patrick Family History Antique 1882 For Sale

Signed title page by artist John Douglas Patrick. Was bought from his estate. It must have originally be part of a book. Only the title page has survived. “Keep This Book Always You Girls, JDP”. I’m assuming this had some sentimental value to his family at some point. Very cool piece that would look great framed next to a painting from JDP.
