I'm not sure of the age in this guy. He was sold to me as antique and German, but I'm not always an expert. He is very well made and is nearly painted with a darling face.
I think this guy is old, because he is so neatly made and neatly painted.
I've seen one other just exactly like him for sale on the Granite sale site and they had it listed as mid to late 20th century. There is a tiny stamp in blue on the bottom of this cat's feet. I think it faintly says Germany. The other one on the Granite sale website had a green "Germany" stamp. They listed it as unknown maker. His head removes for the candy placement.

4. I'm not a business. I'm a retired teacher. I sell to downsize, supplement my income, and meet my animal's needs.
5. I ship quickly, usually always next day. I package securely using clean recycled materials when possible. Frequently, I must buy tape and bubble wrap. I do not make money on shipping. All my items ship with tracking. Our post office closes early on Saturdays and is not open on Sundays. Weekend purchases usually must ship Mondays.
