Hagen-Renaker miniatures are hand made from start to finish - any small dark spots, surface bumps or dimples are a result of the manufacturing process and are a characteristic of the product. The photographs are taken in good light so if you think you see a spot or a dimple - you do. Any bright white lines or spots are reflections of our studio lighting.
Our selection of Hagen-Renaker miniatures ship on product cards attached with non-toxic white glue. To remove the figurines from cards simply soak in warm water for 20 minutes or more. Once the glue turns white and begins to dissolve, the figurines will easily detach. Any remaining glue can be rinsed off with clean water.
Hagen-Renaker Miniatures are kiln fired ceramics with permanent colors that will not fade or wash way.
