Beautiful 14k solid gold pencil! Fully stamped 14k. No cracks, no chips, and no personalizations. Not currently working. I believe the F stands for Fairchild but it certainly has a hicks look too it. Either way, an extremely high quality pencil! Lovely pattern as well.
