Up for sale is a beautiful vintage 1971 M.I. Hummel Annual Collector Plate titled "Heavenly Angel." This is the highly collectible First Edition plate produced by Goebel to commemorate their 100th Anniversary (1871–1971). It features a gorgeous, raised bas-relief design of an angel holding a candle in front of pine trees under a shooting star.The reverse side bears the authentic incised markings and the blue Goebel hallmark reading: "In Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary – First Edition M.J. Hummel Annual Plate 1971."Condition:Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. The paint remains vibrant and the hand-painted details are incredibly sharp.
