HUM 408/0 was the approximately 4¾-inch version issued to Collectors’ Club members; reference sources identify the club edition as introduced in 1985 and carrying the 1983 copyright date and TMK-6 trademark.
Original “Smiling Through” title label is still present on the front of the base.
