This is a Goebel Hummel Factory Souvenir Keepsake that is in its original box marked 1981.
The plaque is embossed on both sides. One side is embossed with the German "Thank you for your visit" and the Hummel figurine Merry Wanderer. The back side is embossed with "A Keepsake from the Birthplace of the Hummel Figurines" Rodental - Bavaria - W. Germany. It also has a Goebel Trademark.
The plaque is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. SEE PHOTOS
The original box may show some discoloration from age.
