German or Austrian Cobalt Blue Enameled&Gilded Glass Tumbler \"Aus Achtung\" c1880 For Sale

This lovely cobalt blue tumbler or vase was made in Germany or the Austro-Hungarian Empire some time around 1880. It has a central gilded and enameled cartouche with the gilded words: \"Aus Actung\" (\"Out of Respect\"). Circling the tumbler is a wide band of hand painted white enameled scrolling leaves or foliage that has been enhanced with hand gilding. The rim of the tumbler is also gilded (has some wear). This tumbler is clearly hand blown and has one manufacturing flaw in its side (what might be a bubble that burst-see photo).Other than this, I can find no other damage, chips or cracks on this great piece of 19th c. glass.The tumbler is 4.75\" tall and is 3.75\" in diameter at the top.
