Genuine Waterford 10 Arm Avoca Chandelier with "Waterford" Acid etching marksBeen in the family for 70+ years after my Grand Uncle in Ireland left it to my mother in the 1960's.Has been boxed since 2007, unboxed for pictures you see in listing, lead (assembled) picture is stock as I am still trying to find a picture from 20 years ago to scan when it was last hung.
All pieces are original to the Chandelier
- All 10 arms are in perfect condition
- All 10 Candles Sleeves (covers) are in perfect condition
- All 10 light sockets and original chrome socket stems are present and in excellent condition
- Downrod and chrome arm plate are original and complete with finial and hanging hook
- Column Pieces (central stem) are all in excellent condition
- Center Bowls and Bottom Bowls are in excellent condition
- Plastic spacers are present but should be replaced as they have faded over the decades
All 10 Bobechets all present
- 1 with medium chip
- 2 cracked & glued (replacements are easily found)
Buttons & IciclesChandelier takes total of 96 icicles
- 67 icicles in excellent condition
- 19 icicles with single chips (size of pin head and not noticeable when mounted)
- 5 damaged icicles (1 or 2 chips 1/8 inch in size)
- 5 missing icicles (replacements are easily found)
