This is an excellent small cabinet specimen from Bisbee. It is a wonderful example of the dark blue crystals found in underground workings in the early decades of the 20thcentury.This specimen features an exposed vug ofsparkingdark bluecrystals with malachiteon matrix.
It’s a great old collection piece from historic Bisbee, ‘Queen of the Copper Camps’. Bisbee mines have been closed for almost 50 years (1975).The mine properties are still patrolled 24/7 and trespassers are arrested.
Thespecimen will be shipped mounted on a two inchclear acrylic display square.Non permanent mounting allows it to be easily removed.
