Returns are not accepted on consumable or perishable items (including food, medicine, and health & beauty products), even if unopened.

If I made a mistake in the listing, please contact me first. I will do everything I can to resolve the issue quickly. I kindly ask for the opportunity to make things right before leaving negative response.

Returns are accepted within 30 days.

3. Item Damaged in Shipping:

All fragile items are shipped with insurance (up to $100 included with USPS services; additional coverage provided when needed).

I’ll provide proof of insurance and purchase details. You’ll need the original packaging and item to file with the carrier.

Option B: Return Item & I Handle Claim

Once tracking shows the item is on its way back, I will issue a full refund.
