You are looking at a very nice French Art Deco modern era appetizer or cocktail pick/stirrer holder set. It depicts a gentleman with evening suit and top hat casually standing near a very tall red and green bakelite light post. The wooden base is a beautifully veined Macassar ebony. The figure is shiny mirror like chrome with details on the front side. There are 9 long metal picks with red plastic cherries. These picks are long enough to be used as stirrers. There are no signature.
The holder is 6\" by 2 1/4\" deep and 8 1/4\" tall. Picks are 5 3/4\" long. Weighs 243 grams before packing.
Overall excellent condition if not mint. No chips or cracks to the bakelite. Picks are in great condition. No pitting or staining to the chrome. Very clean and ready to use or display. Guaranteed bakelite and tested.
