By purchasing, you agree to our Shop Rules and Policies and acknowledge the following:

• Review all photos and descriptions before buying.

• The item(s) shown are what you will receive; slight variations may occur for multiple quantities. Dept 56 village had multiples.

• "Item Specifics" section is not updated with every detail.

• Measurements, if available, will be in the photos.

• All items are sold as-is, in the condition shown. Items are not inspected for damage beyond what is visibly noted. Any visible damage will be shown clearly in the photos and/or described at the top of the listing.

• Electronics are sold as-is and usually not fully tested. Anything sold untested will be labeled as ?used? condition. Any item labeled ?for part? need repairs that we can see

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If a return is allowed, the item must be in the same condition with all original packaging for a full refund.

Shipping Terms:

• Orders ship within 1-4 business days.

• Oversized items may ship via FedEx (PO Boxes accepted). If shipping exceeds the quoted rate by $15+, the item will be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience and strive for accuracy, but occasional discrepancies can occur.

• USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout; Ground Advantage does not guarantee set delivery dates.

• Items sold under $5 will ship in bubble envelopes (books $10, toys $10, jewelry $20, fabric/clothing $20).

• Combined shipping is available for items priced $5 or more. Items under $5 may not be eligible for combined shipping due to cost restrictions. ?Lot? items must be priced $15 or higher for combined shipping and are pre-packaged therefore cannot be separated. Combining 2 lot items may not result in any savings due to box size.

• For combined shipments, request a total/invoice in your cart on , or check out and receive a refund for any excess shipping cost upon shipment (applies to 2+ items).

• Shipping rates quoted are final; we cannot offer discounts or free shipping. If shipping costs seem high, please make a difference by contacting the carrier.

• If USPS delivers a damaged or lost item, you are responsible for filing a claim.

• Damaged items must be returned in original condition and packaging for a refund. No partial refunds under any circumstances. No exceptions.

Our shop is not responsible for shipper errors, including lost packages, address mistakes, or other shipping issues. If losses occur, compensation will be processed once resolves the matter?no exceptions. For damaged items, the buyer must retain all packing materials for review by the shipping company. 

Payment Terms

·       Payments are due within 4-Days from conclusion of the sale or invoice received date. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of the item.

Shop Terms

·       We kindly ask for your understanding that, as a business, we do not accept lower prices on our items.

·       We ensure that our shipping costs are accurately quoted based on the most economical and reliable methods available. It's important to note that shipping itself can be expensive, and packing an item with the utmost care incurs costs as well. As such, we do not have alternative, cheaper shipping options to offer.
