This has The Ford Logo on both sides and says, \"Participative Management (PM)\", on the other side it says: \"Employee Involvement (EI)\".

These are about the size of a Silver Dollar (1.6\" inches across).

These are in great shape, from about Extra Fine to About Uncirculated Condition, with a light Proof Like appearance, but they have very light surface marks from shuffling around over the years, please remember, they were novelty coins and were never perfect..
