The outer package has some splatter marks on one corner. The product is shrinkwrapped inside the bottom of the box and is still in brand new condition.
Taken from a closing retail store. These packages are still sealed in the original retail shrink wrap. As they are shrink wrapped inside the bottom half of the box, I cannot tell how photos are loaded. I also cannot tell if the frame is stand alone or whether it is designed to hang. I also cannot tell what substance in the frame covers the picture - whether it is glass or plastic or nothing.
