This gorgeous blue carnival scroll footed console bowl is the \"Chrysanthemum & Windmill\" pattern. The interior is decorated with windmills, chrysanthemum blossoms nestled among leafy foliage, trees and sailboats; the exterior plain with a panel design near the base which rests on three scroll feet. The pattern was introduced in 1914 and was made into the mid-1920\'s. The bowl with gently flared scalloped sides with pie-crust edge measures 9 1/2\" across , 5\" in height and has a beautiful blue, rose and gold iridescence over the cobalt blue base. There are no cracks or repairs; near mint.
