Simple and elegant Neoclassical picture frame with French Empire details.Overall good condition with wear to the gilt finish and a few chips here and there.The construction is sound and sturdy.I would guess the frame was made in the 1940-50 due to the construction.Ready to display a portrait or favorite print!No glass or backing.
