From the creators of Captain America the team of Joe Simon and Jack Kirby also created the FIGHTING AMERICAN.
The FIGHTING AMERICAN was first published in 1954.
Joe Simon presided over a relaunch of the title in 1998 signing these certificates for a very limited edition ring from Awesome Comics (Rob Liefeld\'s now defunct company) and Quantum Design, a comic licensee and jewelry maker producing licensed rings and pins.
They sold them at the San Diego Comic-Con in 1998 right before Awesome went out of business.
