• Size: 3.70 x 1.25 x 0.94 cm / 1.45 x 0.49 x 0.37 inches (measurements taken at widest points) 
• Type: Small Miniature (3.0-4.5 cm)
• Treatment: None
• Description: This is an excellent specimen of Barite from Sterling, Colorado. It features a single, highly lustrous, terminated and well-formed crystal free of matrix. A transparent to translucent clarity with a greyish-blue color. Very aesthetic piece from a classic locality. Comes with previous label.

***Please note that the acrylic base from the pictures is not included. Specimens will come in their original display boxes if applicable. Loose thumbnail specimens will be placed in new Thumbnail/Perky boxes with mineral tack while miniatures will be boxed in cotton filled white cardboard jewelry boxes. All larger specimens will be carefully wrapped.***


 
This piece comes from a collection I recently acquired from my father\'s estate. A collection of over 45 years (some pieces going back to the 50\'s & 60\'s) that I am in the process of selling.  I will be continuing to list many specimens/slabs/rough from my collection over the coming months, so check back often for some really great deals!
