Elegant Ercuis Saint-Hilaire Collection Paris caviar chiller/server, featuring clear glass with a silver-plated rim and its original turquoise presentation box.
This two-piece serving set consists of a substantial cylindrical outer glass bowl with silver-plated trim and a removable flared glass insert. The outer vessel can be filled with crushed ice while the smaller bowl rests above it, providing an attractive way to keep caviar or other chilled delicacies cold during serving.
Original box is marked “Ercuis – Saint-Hilaire Collection – Paris” and retains its Ercuis identification label with reference numbers 811 / F31762.

Vintage pre-owned condition. Glass appears clean with no obvious chips or cracks observed. The silver-plated trim shows visible tarnish, oxidation, spotting and age-related surface wear, as shown in the photographs. It has been left largely in its existing condition rather than aggressively polished. Box shows minor storage/age wear.
