In a small village clearing deep along a tropical river, guests once stepped into the Big Game Safari Shooting Gallery in Adventureland at Disneyland Park.
This vintage-style attraction featured striking metal targets shaped as lions, skulls, and wild game, where visitors could test their aim using .22-caliber BB rifles in a classic safari-themed shooting experience presented by MacGlashan Enterprises. Known as one of Adventureland Bazaar’s most exciting early-era experiences, it combined immersive scenery with interactive gameplay for guests of all ages.
Over time, due to high maintenance costs, the original metal targets and pellet rifles were replaced with MacGlashan’s updated laser-based system and more whimsical target designs, marking the evolution of this nostalgic Disneyland attraction.
Good condition exhibiting scuffs, minor oxidation, and wear.
