* A stately, 9" high, porcelain pine tree flocked with inches of snow covering every branch thickly.
* The tree is on a snowy base with exposed roots.*** ALL Department 56 buildings and accessories FRAGILE. Many buildings have one or more areas of increased fragility, such as signs, lamps, spires, balconies, etc. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building or accessory.
** We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included. For serious buyers, we are more than happy to take pictures of the individual items prior to shipment at the buyer's direction.

Our packing team places each collectible box under UV light for 10 minutes per exposed surface, which has been shown to eradicate "germs" on the surface. Specific virus names cannot be listed here per policy (apparently); however, you know which one we are targeting.Shipping personnel are masked and gloved, while your purchase is packed into its final shipping box. This process does not harm your collectible nor change the printing on the box.Our goal is to provide you with an efficient buying experience that results in your complete satisfaction.
