This sale is for a 2007 Dept. 56 A Christmas Story "Uptown Theater ." The building measures approx. 9 inches high x 7 inches long x 7 inches wide. There is a FLAW. The spire end has broken off in the top of the building. It is present , if you would like you could glue it on permanently. The light cord is included. The detail is great on this piece. It would be a great addition to your Christmas Story village display . It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home.
