This sale is for a 2011Dept. 56 Christmas In The City #4023614 \" City Park Carriage House .\" The set is in very good displayed condition. The building is in very good displayed condition. It was well cared for. The building measures Approx. 8 inches high x 6 1/2 inches long x 6 1/2 inches wide. The man with the horse stands 3 1/2 inches high. The carriage ride sign is 2 3/4 inches high. It would be a great addition to your village display. It waspurchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home.
