It is written in about 90% Chinese, with a few English captions. I can\'t read a bit of Chinese, but all the photos are excellent!This magazine deals with the defense of Taiwan (against Red China), the many weapons in it\'s arsenal, and many other regional armies, air forces and navies.This is the September 1999 issue, on the coverare a group of M41D tanks, an older tank that was still part of the Taiwanese inventory at the time.There are so many terrific photos in this magazine, it\'s a really nice collectible for the military buff!
