No box or COA. Approx. 11 inch x 12.5 inch, 9 inch high. Very heavy.
Model is in really nice shape, some dust from display. Super detailed, very nicely painted. Tons of tiny cabs, cars and street lights.
There is some minor wear from age/display, see photos to judge condition.
Overall very nice and an AMAZING display piece, really evokes the feeling of Christmas in New York!
