dbad MISSION 1 : dbad & KHHI version of Rambo First Blood Knife at its best...The knife that made us love knives; The Rambo First Blood movie gave us a knife that changed the whole knife perception forever.. When your original Rambo Knives are locked for showcasing; the dbad MISSION 1 is your answer for a real hardcore working knife
For many of us, when asked, “what was the knife that made you love knives?”, the answer is simple; "The Rambo First Blood". Over the years many copies of the Lile original have been made, 99% of them not worth the name. The classic lines, the round green threaded grip, the saw teeth and swept clip point. All made to be one beautiful package. But I wanted a knife that is more than just beauty. I wanted beauty that WAS the beast. My interpretation of Rambos first knife is just that. A stunning Ramboesque look with traditional Gurkha toughness.
Why use paracord?OD green cord was a must. Any true soldier would have this at the ready making it more fitting on a combat blade.
What is the grip?As noted, it comes with a cord wrapped round handle. I wanted the look of the original grip, but also needed to have the sold feel and strength of a full tang knife. Under the cord, you will find rosewood scales fixed to a 5” tang that rather than having a screw on cap, has a devastating hammer end. All the nostalgia, double the punch.Default Specification
