PRE-OWNED/VINTAGE CONDITION:Mostitems we sell are pre-owned, gently usedor vintage (20 years or older) and may have slight imperfections or light wearand tear due to age or prior use. Some items we sell although preowned are inlike new condition. We will describe the item’s condition in the listing “as wesee it” at the time we listed it to the best of our ability and knowledge and willprovide photos; however, we may not capture everything exactly. We do wash,iron, clean, dust, sterilize, freshen, polish, etc. the majority of the items wesell, when it is safe to do so, prior to listing and shipping. Some vintageitems we leave alone and sell “as they are”. Please see “Quality Control” for details.

QUALITY CONTROL: We inspect all items we sell 3 times – 1) whenwe purchase it; 2) prior to listing it for sale; and, 3) prior to shipping itout. We will notify you of any change in the item’scondition prior to shipping the item to you and give you the opportunity to decideif you still want the item or if you want to cancel the order.

JEWELRY: Most of our jewelry for sale is preownedcostume/fashion jewelry; contemporary or vintage. We hand select each piece forits beauty, condition, and best quality for what it is. Some pieces are marked;most are not. We test, research, and clean the jewelry (if needed). We are notjewelry experts but are learning! We know some things about some jewelry butnot all things about all jewelry. We will describe the jewelry pieces to thebest of our ability and knowledge at the time of listing and provide photos. If you know moreabout a piece we have listed or find our description to be vague or inaccurate,please let us know! It is notour intention to misrepresent anything that we sell.

SHRINKAGE ALLOWANCE FOR PREOWNED CLOTHING:Pre-owned clothing that is machine washable or made ofa fabric like 100% Cotton more likely than not has been washed and dried one ormore times prior to our obtaining them.And we most often wash, dry,and/or freshen the garments one more time accordingto their care instructions to prepare them for resale. Please be aware thatsome shrinkage may have occurred over time during these cleaning processes.Please refer to the measurements and view all photos beforepurchasing. Ask questions if needed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:We only ship toverified domestic U.S. mailing addresses. We will offer you multiple shipping options for you to choose the best possible price for yourshipping destination; however, we reserve the right to select a differentshipping method if we find it necessary to do so. If you want us to ship via a certainshipping method only, please include a message in your order telling us to onlyship via that shipping method. Pleaseknow that whatever shipping method we use, it will always be comparable or anupgrade to the one you paid for, at no additional cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We participate in ’s Global ShippingProgram for international orders. All orders are sent to ’s Global ShippingDistribution Center in Kentucky USA. They handle all the international shippinglogistics and will ship the item to your country from there. If you havequestions about the Global Shipping Program, their international shippingprocess, import/duties charges, invoices, paying for your order, etc., pleasecontact directly.

MAKING/ACCEPTING OFFERS: We will consider and respond to Reasonableoffers only. If we reply with a Counteroffer, it will be firm based onthe lowest and best price we can offer for that item.
