Antique 19” German composition doll with molded blond hair, painted blue eyes and a sawdust-stuffed oilcloth body. Heavy age wear gives it an exceptionally creepy, unsettling appearance—perfect for Halloween décor, an oddities cabinet or gothic display. Marked “GERMANY” and likely dates from approximately 1890–1915.
CONDITION
Poor antique condition with extensive wear. Heavy crazing, paint loss and surface wear to the head and face. Oilcloth body has staining, tears, open seams, deteriorated joints and old tape repairs. Feet and stocking coverings are torn and worn. Clothing is missing. Sold as found for display or restoration.
