Condition: Pre-owned, wear to gold rim, overall scratches seen in bright light, a couple deeper scratches on the man’s jacket below and to the right edge of the pocket and on the sleeve. It appears that the plate had another plate stacked on top of this one and then pulled off across this plate. The rough rim on the bottom of collector plates can cause this type of scratching. See photo for the scratches, others are too light to photograph. Please note this is magnified, these do not show up if the plate is hung on the wall to display.
