Collectible 1950s McCoy Ship Planter Model # 886:

This is a vintage McCoy Pottery ship planter, model 886. It is 16 3/8 long, the base is 3 1/2 inches wide, and it is 5 1/8 inches tall. This is a great looking planter. The planter has some crazing as is expected in vintage pottery. And it has a chipped plate on the corner of the base on one side. I do not know the history of the item since it was an estate sale purchase, but I was told it was from the 1950s.
