COOL WORLD Animation Art: Original Ralph Bakshi Cel w/autograph For Sale

This backstory may and should influence anyone's decision to buy, so please bear with me and read.Before it was shut down, I worked at a physical media distribution warehouse. While cleaning out warehouse prior to shut down, I came across this framed cel from the Ralph Bakshi directed movie Cool World, featuring characters Lonette & detective Frank Harris. It was headed for dumpster, I got the green light to keep it. Closer inspection revealed a Bakshi autograph on the front along with some information on the back (both available in pictures) indicating this was part of a 350 lot of cels. Not knowing much about cel curation/preservation, i have never attempted to remove the cell from the frame or do anything that could negatively affect the autograph, that was done small and with orange ink for some reason.
Given that, I cannot and will not recommend this for anyone looking for something to massively appreciate over time, as I have little to no knowledge of the history. In short, this may be better suited to a fan who wishes to have and display an item like this rather than a collector/curator. Of course if any collector has extra knowledge on this I lack and decides they want it, go for it. I just cannot in good listing practice claim that this is ideal for a collector.
