A Conway Stewart Set Number 4 from c.1953 containing an 84 fountain pen and 26 propelling pencil in blue / gold reverse cracked ice. The pen has a new sac, the pencil mechanism works perfectly - you can see writing samples of both in the last photo.
The 84 pen and the 26 pencil are unmarked, have clear imprints and untarnished gold trim. The pen is fitted with the correct no.3 nib with a circular breather.
The decorative box is clean and, thank goodness, does not have any writing on it. It has the original No. 4 sticker under its base and a swirly, somewhat psychedelic design on the lid.
I am happy to combine postage on multiple items in the same consignment.
