He then adds a final note on the page 2 left margin \"I am so overjoyed with the glorious news this moment -the stars and stripes is now flying over my head at the State Capitol- with loud huzzas called by those present!, \"Glory to God a thousand times repeated!\" .and says he is so overjoyed that this news has broken up all other thought, initialing this margin postscript \"T.E.\"
