Expertly tinted by Richard A. Lewis, one of the earliest photographers doing business in the City of New York. He was at one time the busiest photographer in New York City, making as many as 150 negatives a day. He made the portraits of all the noted men and women of his day.These CDV\'s are over 100 yrs old and so typically have slight defects, discoloration or corner wear. If there\'s anything major I will call it out otherwise use the pictures posted to make your own assessment. I don\'t post anything that has extreme issues. Most are in very nice shape for their age.
