Air Algerie - An original Air Algerie agency poster, circa 1960, promoting their new Caravelle jets. Air Algerie was the first French company to order the innovative jetliner.
The 24\" by 39\" poster is printed on medium stock. The artist is Paul Lengelle (1908-1993) who was well-known for his airplane illustrations and was the official artist for the French Air Ministry. In this view, the sleek Caravelle contrasts nicely with the old town of Algiers.
