British Army 1944 Pattern canteen bottle, mug and pouch.
This is the early type with the metal lid. This was replaced with a rubber lid in the late 1950s.
As used in the Malayan Emergency, Borneo Confrontation and Falklands War. Very popular with special forces for many years.
The bottle has no date stamps. The pouch is stamped 1945. The mug was manufactured in 1955.
Good condition for its age. Some wear from use. The bottle and mug have a few very minor dents and marks (see pictures). The pouch is in good condition, with some wear visible.
