Selling this beautiful bright chestnut Trotter mare custom on the Breyer Standardbred mare mold. She was airbrushed and hand painted by me, with tons of individual hair details and highlights throughout her coat. her eyes and hooves are multi-colored for realism. She was sealed in multiple layers of matte finish and her eyes and hooves were glossed for extra realism. I painted her as part of a limited run, and she has a twin with the same markings and color. The twin is "2 of 2" and this mare is "1 of 2." I was originally going to keep her in my collection but have since decided to scale down my collection to 1:20 scale horses. Unless otherwise noted, models have air hole in mouth filled in and a new one is drilled under back legs. This hole is necessary- without it, the horse could swell. Breyer logo is sanded/removed. I try to remove all seams. My models are prepped by sanding and then applying acrylic gesso with cosmetic sponges. This gives the body a slight texture for paint to adhere to. Because of this, my customs are not as smooth as an original finish Breyer horse. They are also slightly more matte than original finish Breyers. I do not claim LSQ or PSQ for any of my models, but my models have placed in BreyerFest open shows. I try to note any flaws/quirks to the best of my ability and adjust my prices accordingly. As an artist who isn’t perfect, there may be slight imperfections in my work that I may have missed. Please read description and view photos, zooming in for detail. Shipping: I ship models as soon as possible. Usually the same or next business day. Payment is required before the model is shipped. According to ’s Unpaid Item Policy, payment must be made within 4 days of purchase, or the seller may cancel the order. To be fair, I prefer not to hold items longer than 4 days.
