Black Lacquer Jewelry Box with Mother-of-Pearl Inlay and Handle For Sale

I\'m selling this black lacquer jewelry box with shell inlay, burgundy lining, and a top handle. It\'s believed to date from the early to mid-20th century and measures approximately 12–15 inches wide.It has plenty of character, with scuffs, edge wear, and losses around the lid and front corners. Some small inlay pieces are chipped or missing, and the dusty burgundy lining is worn with frayed and lightened areas around the compartment rim. The clasp and handle are tarnished and worn. A distinctive piece for display or restoration. Feel free to message me with any questions.
