Beautiful Victorian C1890 Hand Embroidered Off White Bertha Collar
Nice workmanship, many designs
It is 10 1/2\" long in back, about 22\" wide at shoulders when folded, neck opening all the way around is 42\"
Condition is good, could use a light washing, one small stain which I have photographed in the last photo. I have not tried to remove it.
