Pegasus and Galactica are the only two battlestars known to have survived the Cylon attack on the Twelve Colonies. The Pegasus famously appeared in the two-part story \"The Living Legend,\" which starred Lloyd Bridges. It fought in the Battle of Molecay two yahren before the Colonies’ destruction, escaping into deep space under the leadership of military legend Commander Cain. Pegasus later made contact with Galactica, the two battlestars fighting alongside one another before Pegasus once again disappeared in the fallout of disintegrating Cylon ships, its fate unknown.
