ATTENTION: I have been a fan of Gundam since the original American release and have been collecting these figures for over a decade. If you have any questions about a piece or figures you have seen or heard of contact me and I can probably answer it.
Customer Satisfaction:
I have an extensive collection of Gundam figures that range from Mobile Suits in Action (MSIA), American Releases, Japanese Releases, Robot Spirits and Fix Figuration. If you do not see it listed, send me a message and I most likely have it or can probably get it for you.
Also I strive for a professional relationship with all my customers and part of that is a satisfied experience, if something went wrong or you are not satisfied with your order please contact me before leaving any Neutral or Negative response. I’m sure there is a way to resolve any issue.

Handling: Shipping speed is one of the great values your purchase grants you. Upon receipt of payment your item will get packed up and will be set to be mailed. For sales that end early in the morning the item will usually go out the same day, sales that end later will go out the next day. Typical shipping results end up in the item being received within 4-5 days.
Combined Shipping and Shipping Discounts: I do offer combined shipping and shipping discounts. When you win multiple sales that are ending around the same time I will send an invoice with adjusted shipping costs. If you have already paid I will refund any excess shipping that was charged* (read shipping policy).
Automatic Shipping Discounts: Most of the sales now have an automatic shipping discounts built in for each additional item that is purchased in one transaction. This figure is an automatic discount provided, but it will be reviewed to make sure the cost is covering Shipping and Supplies.
Shipping Policy: My shipping fees cover the cost to ship your item and the cost of the supplies to send the item. Once the cost of shipping and Supplies are subtracted any extra money is refunded back to the buyer. While this is not always the case sometimes refunds of a few cents to a couple of dollars can be received.
Returns: I do accept returns with no issues. The cost to return an item is the buyers to pay and I will refund the money once the product is examined. In the event that there is damage or parts missing that were present when mailed out the buyer will be contacted and in the event there is no resolution will be notified.
