Basically, these are motion activated light pads that go on the bottom of bottles. I guess when you pick up the bottle, the bottom lights up. They are from around 2011. There is a little tab that you remove and that allows the battery to make contact and they start working. I guess that tab stops the batteries from going dead prior to use. I guess they could be used for other purposes, but the intent was for bottle bases.
