DESCRIPTION:Listed for your consideration is a bright gold creamer and lidded sugar set. Made in the style of Weeping Gold, but I am not sure who exactly manufactured this set.
The set has a floral pattern with a textured design and great attention to detail. It includes four pieces -- a creamer, a sugar bowl with a lid, and a tray. The tray measures 11-1/4" long x 5-1/4" wide. The sugar bowl, with lid included, measures 3-3/4" high.
The set is of exceptional quality.The bright gold design adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to any table setting or home decor and that sunny goldenness also lines the interiors of the two bowls and the lid, unlike many other sets, which are white inside. Each piece in this set is carefully crafted and ornately decorated. Truly a work of art.
CONDITION:Pre-owned, very good condition overall with no chips or cracks.The underside of the base of the sugar bowl is engraved with "Judi & Jim '62" , so this was presumably a wedding or anniversary present in decades gone by.It does have some light scuffs to the tray, where the creamer and sugar bowls rest. There is some rubbing, especially to the handles and rims. I posted a picture of one of the bottom rims, just to give you an example. Overall, a bright and lovely set, splendid to look at, clean, no odors, non-smoking environment and fully functional.
