Rare 1940's Japanese Kimono / Brought backfrom overseas during WWII
This Kimono has the Bird Cranes and Vine design indication of mysterious and auspicious birds that signify "wealth of vitality", "longevity". It was chosen as a kimono pattern in the place to celebrate happiness. Tsuru is the only animal that will heal all his life once you are in a relationship. There is a meaning of husband and wife satisfying this couple closely cuddling with each other until the child leaves, it is recommended for marriage.
Approximate Measurement's: 40" in length from top of shoulder to bottom. 24" chest size , Outside sleeve to Outside sleeve 48" Condition Some minor foxing spots on sleeve and shoulder chest I believe will clean easily. looks like water marks.
